Villa Astoria – Casa Sfatului (the Council Haller) is a touristic structure villa type situated next to the most important monument and first attraction of our city, Turnul Sfatului (the Council Tower).

      The building that at the end of the XIV-th century hosted the Town Council, is arranged like a Boutique Hotel and gives our guests a classical soft luxury stay.
